Shipping, Warranty & Returns

At Neon Party we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

We therefore recommend you read our Shipping, Warranties, and Returns Policy prior to you making a purchase from our online store, so you are fully aware of your rights under the policy as well as our obligations to you.

We also recommend you immediately inspect any products that we deliver to you to ensure you are completely satisfied with them, including that the products are of acceptable quality, and work as intended.

SHIPPING
We aim to deliver your product/s within 2-3 weeks for standard orders and within 10 days for rush orders. We will make every effort to ensure your purchased product reaches you within the stated timeframe but we make no guarantees as external issues can arise that are not in our control.

Neon Party is responsible for delivering the items to the customer as listed on the purchasing order with shipping cost included. However, any charges for returned orders due to customer error (incorrect address, undeliverable orders, etc.) will be the responsibility of the customer.


WARRANTY
Our indoor LED neon signs come with a 24-month warranty. Our outdoor LED neon signs come with a 12-month warranty. This covers faulty items when used appropriately. Incorrect use will void the warranty.

If you believe your sign is faulty, please send us an email at info@neonparty.com.au. Please note that we require both a video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes.

If we determine that the product is faulty and was not caused by improper use, we may request the sign be sent back to us for replacement or repair. We will provide a prepaid shipping return label and cover the cost of repackaging. Please reach out to us for more information on how to package your sign for return. You must keep the receipt for packaging costs so that they can be repaid by Neon Party.

Once we have finished repairing your sign, we will send it back to you at your chosen shipping address. 

If we believe your sign is faulty due to incorrect use and you would like to have it fixed, you will be liable for all the costs incurred from that action, including shipping, repacking, and repairs or replacement. Pricing will depend on the level of damage to the neon sign. Please get in touch with us to find out more.


RETURNS
Change of mind
All of our custom neon signs are made by hand to order, which means once your order is processed and in production, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

For change of mind of our pre-designed signs, the customer may negotiate with Neon Party for a return and refund with the subject of approval. The customer will be liable for all the costs incurred from that action, including shipping, repacking, and/or tax.

Broken or damaged items
In the case that you receive the wrong item or the item arrives broken or damaged, you are entitled to return the item free of charge for a replacement or refund, only if you notify us of the issue within seven days of receiving the item and email us some photos and videos of your sign and the packaging.

In line with Australian Consumer Law, we will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product.

If a full or partial refund has been agreed, we will let you know when you can expect to receive the refund.
