NEONPARTY® REFUNDS AND WARRANTY

Neonparty/E-Time International Pty Ltd (ABN:26 634 838 289) is an Australian-owned and operated business, with a registered office at 12 Volt Circuit, Dandenong South, VIC, 3175.

Neon Party offers returns and refunds for faulty products only. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for ‘change of mind’. In line with the Australian Consumer Law, every effort will be made to resolve the issue and we may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product, is decided on a case-by-case basis, depending on the source of the fault.

NEONPARTY® WARRANTY

Neon Party Indoor Products: Covered for a period of two years (24 months) from the date of purchase. This warranty covers electrical components when used appropriately.

Neon Party Outdoor Products: Covered for a period of one year (12 months) from the date of purchase. This warranty covers electrical components when used appropriately.

NEONPARTY® WARRANTY CLAIMS PROCEDURE

● Please contact us at info@neonparty.com.au if you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty. Please provide a detailed description of the issue. We also require clear photos and videos highlighting the issue for diagnostic purposes. Please note that without the required photos and videos, our ability to resolve the situation will be limited. Once we have received all necessary information, we will contact you to resolve the issue.

● If a repair has been agreed upon, the return shipping costs may be covered by us depending on the defect

● When packaging and shipping the sign, ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Failure to package the item properly may affect the warranty claim or result in additional charges.

● If a replacement has been agreed upon, we will produce and ship the product as soon as possible.

● If a full or partial refund is agreed upon, we will notify you of when you can expect to receive the refund.

NEONPARTY® WARRANTY COVERAGE FOR HARDWIRED AND INSTALLED SIGNS

Neon Party bears no responsibility for any costs incurred when installing and/or uninstalling your sign. Any attempt to hardwire the sign or alter its components will void your warranty. For hardwiring, please consult a qualified electrician. We cannot accept responsibility for faults arising from modifications made by the customer. Neon Party takes no responsibility for any costs incurred due to uninstalling and/or reinstalling your sign. If an electrician has hardwired your sign, it is at our sole discretion to decide if the occurring fault is covered under warranty.

NEONPARTY® WARRANTY COVERAGE FOR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Once your neon sign has left our manufacturing facility,  it is entrusted to third-party courier companies such as DHL, FedEx or Australia Post. While we always aim to deliver your signs as quickly as possible, we do not guarantee arrival on a specific date due to rare courier delays. Delays caused by these couriers are beyond our control, and we cannot be held accountable for any shipping delays once the product is in transit. Necessary care is taken to ensure each of our signs are delivered safely, however,  Neon Party cannot take responsibility for lost, missing or stolen parcels that have been marked as ‘delivered’ by the shipping service.

Our warranty and refunds policy does not apply to such circumstances; we will not provide refunds or accept returns due to courier delays.

EXCLUSION AND LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not cover:

● Damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs.

● Products that have been modified or used outside of the recommended guidelines.

● Costs for third-party services, such as electricians or contractors, hired by the customer.

● Shipping and delivery delays.

INTERACTION WITH AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

This warranty policy supplements and operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Under ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to repairs or replacements for goods that do not meet acceptable quality standards, where the failure does not amount to a major failure.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Except as required by law, our liability is limited to the remedies set out in this policy. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
